Responsible for the training and supervision of Night Auditors, Front Desk Hosts and Reservation Agents in the front office operations of a 260 unit condominium Hotel/Resort. Acting Manager On Duty, supervising the Front Desk and Guest Services departments during peak seasons and shifts.
Additional responsibilites included providing first line technical support for all computer and network related systems, software, interfaces and peripherials. Assisted with the migration from Novell Netware to Microsoft Server 2000 and 2003.
